I'm having difficulty logging in

Our system recognises the email address that you have registered with the school. If you can't find your password for the school portal (iSAMS, Firefly, My School Portal) you have a couple of options:

1. Create a new password just for i-gtm by clicking the button "If you can't log in with the parent portal, click here", entering your email address into the box on the login screen and clicking the "Get a password" button to get a password. You will then receive an email with a link to a page inviting you to create a password just for i-gtm. Once done, return to the login page, repeat the process above but this time click the Enter password button.
2. If your email address is registered with either Google or Microsoft, you can click the relevant logo and enter your Google or Microsoft password. You will then be authenticated by them and allowed in.

If you can't remember the email address you have registered for the iSAMS parent portal, please submit a support ticket and a member of the team will look it up for you. Once you have your registered email address to hand you can easily generate an i-gtm password to get access to the booking forms.
